About Thai Food Lab
Thai Food Lab is a small, growing knowledge base of Thai cooking. Every entry is written down carefully and checked before it is published; recipes are published only after they have been cooked and tested.
The aim is precision. Where most recipes say “a pinch” or “to taste,” this site gives measurements you can actually follow, and explains the reasoning behind them so the knowledge holds up when it is repeated or cited.
This is an early placeholder while the knowledge base is built out. More recipes and reference notes are on the way.
